Callington Radio and Electronics Rally 22nd March 2026
The Annual CARS Rally with all the usual attractions; Traders, Bring and Buy, Club Stands and of course the ever popular Bacon Butties! Doors open to the public from 1000 until 1300.

VISITORS
The Callington Radio and Electronics Rally will be held in the Town Hall, New Road, Callington, Cornwall, PL17 7BD on Sunday March the 22nd 2026 with with public access from 10.00am until 1.00 pm.
Entry is £2 each with no charge for those under the age of 16.
A comprehensive selection of traders, clubs and societies from the Southwest will be present along with a 'Bring and Buy' stall and our usual excellent catering service. The Bring and Buy stall accepts payment by all major debit and credit cards using contactless, chip and pin or by phone.
The café area and serving hatch will be in an adjacent room seating about 18 people. The venue has disabled access, toilet facilities, and ample parking in a nearby car park with up to one hour’s parking free.

BRING and BUY (Preview here)
The maximum number of items that can be handled by any one person on the day is two. If you have more than that then you must request a form from the organizer. This form is an Excel spreadsheet which should be filled in electronically with your contact details, and descriptions, asking prices, and minimum prices of the items you wish to try and sell. The form should then be returned as an email attachment to the organizer as early as possible so that the items can be entered on the system and labels produced.
TRADERS ACCESS
The venue is booked from 08:00am to 13:30pm. We ask that traders are fully set up by the public opening time of 10.00am and that they do not "tear-down" until after the 1.00pm closing time.
The main hall is now fully booked, and the waiting list is active should there be any cancellations or “No Shows”. Charges for tables are 6ftx2ft (£5), 5ftx2ft (£4) and 4ftx2ft (£3). If any tables not claimed or reallocated to existing traders or those on the waiting list by 0945 on the day, they will be removed from the hall and will no longer be available.
As there are no takers for the adjacent room (Council Chamber), that facility booking has been cancelled. If, however, there is a request to hire the room, this will be attempted upon receipt of the full hire charge of £45 provided it has NOT been rebooked by another organization. If the request is unsuccessful, the £45 will be returned in full.
